I have a problem. What should I do?
First of all, make sure you have the latest version of Email Marketer. Your problem might have been a bug which has already been fixed.
- Run Email Marketer Administrator
- Click the Help | About menu and check your Email Marketer version
- Compare it with the latest version posted at http://www.nesox.com/en/email_marketer.asp
- Download it if they are different.
- Otherwise, ask for support.
