Important: Troubleshooting for "No such interface supported"
Problem:
Currently, some Hope Mailer users reported an error of getting "No such interface supported" and sometimes "Error formatting personalization scripts" when they switch to the HTML Design view.
We found this error happens during to a latest windows online updating (KB891781).
Here is the related windows update that causes the problem:

Solutions:
We created an html message editor patch, download by click the following link.

Installation guides:
1. Extract Triedit.zip to the directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit and overwrite all files;
2. Open the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit, and double click update.bat file icon.
